After Breakfast transfer to Dirang. On the way visit Orchid Research Centre Tipi, an orchidarium with about 10,000 orchid plants belonging to various species. Continue your drive and do not forget to keep your cameras handy as you cross beautiful waterfalls and get some spectacular views. Arrive and check in to your hotel. Evening visit Sangti Valley. Overnight stay in Dirang.
After breakfast transfer to Tawang. Enroute visit war cemetery. Continue with the drive till you reach Sela Pass at an altitude of 4170 m / 13700 ft. It is famous for high altitude lakes & scenic beauty. Continue the drive to Jaswant Garh War Memorial a memorial of the brave Indian soldier Jaswant Singh Rawat. Visit Nuranang Falls (Jang Falls). Arrive and check in the hotel. Overnight stay in Tawang.
After breakfast visit Tawang Monastery (Namgey Lhatse), Singsor Ani Gompa, Gorsam Chorten and Tawang War Memorial. Evening return back to hotel. Overnight stay in Tawang
After breakfast visit Bum La Pass (Indo-China Border) for which you will have to take permit from the DC office at Tawang on your own, Sangestar Lake (Madhuri Lake) and Pangateng Tso Lake (P.Tso Lake).
After Breakfast transfer to Dirang. Evening you can visit the local market. Overnight stay in Dirang
After breakfast transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of the One Horn Indian Rhinoceros. Check in at your hotel/Lodge/resort. Evening you may visit Orchid Park and the nearby Tea Plantations. Overnight stay at Kaziranga National Park.
Early morning explores any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on back of Elephant. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. Return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon enjoy jeep safari through the National Park. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
After breakfast drive to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East
Get up early today to enjoy the mesmerizing mornings of Shillong. After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunji, this is the wettest place in the world. Visit Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park. Evening return to Shillong. Visit Elephanta Falls. Overnight stay in Shillong.
After breakfast check out from hotel. With everlasting memories transfer to Guwahati airport/railway station for onward journey.
